Return & Refund Policy for Coconut365

Thank you for shopping with Coconut365. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, Coconut365 products are generally non-returnable once delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following situations:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product leakage or packaging defects
  • Missing items in the order
  • Expired product received

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Proof Required

To process your request, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • Outer packaging images (if damaged during shipping)

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address provided by customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste preferences or personal dislike of flavor

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days
  • In some cases, store credit or replacement products may be offered instead of refunds

5. Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer:

  • Free replacement shipment
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund depending on the issue

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.


7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Coconut365
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

Coconut365 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment.
